What's that you ask?

"What am I interested in?"

Well, now there's a question! Where do I start?

I probably have far too many interests and hobbies! Virtually everything interests me, from: Astronomy to 'X-Files'; Carriages (horse-drawn) to Computers; Photography to Philosophy; Nachos to NASA; Reading (Sci-Fi) to Railways (all sizes); Star Trek to Star Wars; Arthur, the Celtic Warrior King of Camelot, to Xena the Warrior Princess of 'modern' TV fantasy.

As you probably have noticed from the Home Page screen, I also like tinkering with the creation of digital landscapes.

Most of my spare time is now concentrated on Heritage Railway Signalling, in particular the restored Claremont Signal Cabin, which was built in 1906 and is now the ONLY lever signal cabin still in its original location on the Perth to Fremantle line.

My taste in music has altered over the years, (doesn't everyone's?) but for many years now, my pleasure has been derived from listening to Celtic, Neo-Celtic, Classical music generally, certain opera & 'pop' singers, and some classical instrumentalists.

Perhaps because of the remoteness of our city, I have developed a love of travelling, particularly flying. I have travelled to various destinations within Australia, Europe, and some in Scandinavia and Asia.

My love of travel, and music has combined on occasions, and has enabled me to meet several famous musicians in recent years, but more of that in the Music Room later...
