ABA—Who
are we?
The Australian Breastfeeding Association is a voluntary organisation
established in 1964 (as the Nursing Mothers' Association) to encourage and
support parents who wish to breastfeed their babies. ABA strives to create
an awareness of the importance of human milk in the community whilst
recognising that breastfeeding is just one part of skilled and loving
mothering.
Whether you are breastfeeding, have never breastfed, weaned your baby through choice or not, are between babies or have weaned your last baby - the Australian Breastfeeding Association is here for you.
